We engineered against the politeness problem.

There is a known problem with every AI model in production today. They are trained, by design, to be agreeable. Ask a stock model how your customers will react to your big call, and it will mostly say "they'll probably be okay with it." That answer is worse than useless — it is actively dangerous.

So we engineered against it.

Every population drawn from your Twin contains a hard-coded minimum of explicit detractors — your real churners, your one-star reviewers, the customers who left and the ones who never bought. Their voices cannot be averaged out. Before any Verdict is drafted, an automated statistical check compares their reactions to the mainstream's; if they look suspiciously similar, the simulation re-runs with stronger detractor representation until the friction is real. We built a system that refuses to be polite when politeness would cost you the call.

Your Twin remembers. Every decision you've tested, every Verdict it produced, every outcome you reported back — it all lives in a persistent memory layer the engine queries automatically every time you run a new Simulation.

The second month of using Kixik feels different from the first.
